Overview of 60 series bearings
Series definition: The deep groove ball bearing 6000 series (referred to as the 60 series) belongs to the “light narrow series” (size series code 6) in ISO standards. Its characteristics are low cross-sectional height and small radial space occupation, suitable for light to medium loads and compact design scenarios.
Model range: including models 6000, 6001, 6002… to 6010, with an inner diameter range of * * 10mm~50mm**

-* * Radial load * *: The main bearing direction is suitable for moderate radial loads.
-Axial load: It can withstand a certain amount of bidirectional axial load, but its ability is weak (about 20% -30% of radial load), and it is not suitable for pure axial or heavy axial load scenarios.
Performance characteristics**
-High Load Capacity: Compared to some light load series (such as the 62 series), the 63 series bearings have a larger outer diameter and width, resulting in higher radial and axial load capacity.
-Medium speed adaptability: Suitable for medium speed working conditions, with a maximum speed lower than that of miniature bearings (such as the 60 series), but can meet the needs of most industrial equipment.
1. Outer diameter and width: Compared to the 62/63 series with the same inner diameter, the outer diameter is larger and the width is wider, providing higher rigidity and load-bearing capacity.
-* * Deep groove * *: The inner and outer ring deep groove raceway design can withstand radial loads and bidirectional axial loads, but the axial bearing capacity is slightly lower than that of angular contact ball bearings.
-Ratio of inner diameter to outer diameter: Compared with standard series with the same inner diameter (such as 62 and 63 series), the outer diameter is larger, and some models have increased width, forming a “wide body” structure and significantly improving rigidity.
-Thin walled design: Some 69 series (such as 6900, 6905) adopt ultra-thin wall thickness (similar to 688 series), suitable for scenarios with extremely limited axial space (such as micro machinery or precision instruments).
